Location
- Jiading, Shanghai


Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 3 staffs
- Prepare monthly PRC financial account and API reporting package
- Design & implement internal control procedures
- Lead the implementation of ERP system
- Prepare cash flow, budget and costing and other analysis report
- Prepare tax computation and ensure tax compliance
- Any Ad hoc projects

Requirement

- Good knowledge of NEW PRC GAAP and good knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in Joint Ventures
- Experience in implementing internal control procedures
- Able to communicate in English
