Responsibility

Main Tasks:
- Ensure good planning and coordination of this process
- ensuring all timelines are met, and good analysis of business
activities via the budgeting process.
- Taking AB and RE2 process as a resource planning opportunity,
and assist VP CRO/Finance Director to create a financial plan for xxx
CRO that meet both CRO growth and development, as well as Corporate requirements.

Monthly management reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Recommend actions for improvement, and take ownership to ensure recommendations,
as agreed with VP CRO/Finance Director, are effectively implemented
- Be innovative in providing new reporting that might help with better
management of the operations, as relevant

Decision making support:
- Work with each functional director/manager to provide timely and accurate
support for negotiation, or financial analysis.
- Participate in projects, for e.g. new product launch, marketing plan,
transfer pricing, product costing calculation, business development
opportunities, distribution and selling prices etc.

Coordination with business unit in CRO region:
- Work with and provide support to R&D China, xxx Tianjin Production,
xxx HK, and any other x affiliates (to be designated), as necessary.

Requirements

- Between 2- 3 years post- graduation working experience
- Prior engagement with a Big 4 CFA firm will be preferred
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills and strong drive for success
- Open-minded, willing to learn, willing to change and willing to take the challenges
