Responsibility

- Identify management training needs and develop training courses.
- Work closely with each subsidiary to work out annual training plan.
- Provide, organize and develop management training course required
by annual training plan.
- Indentify and train internal trainer.
- Follow- up after training evaluation and analysis.

Requirements

- University graduated or above.
- Minimum five years experience in management or relevant training in MNCs.
- Excellent skills of presentation and communication.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Proficient in MS software.
