Location

Responsibility

1. Training & Development:
- Establish the training system and follow up the implementation
- Identify the specific development needs of target audience in line with business strategy
- Develop and deliver some internal training, such as company culture & value, etc
- Responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training, and improves the training effectiveness
- Responsible for communication and operation of other training programs
- Review training results, design new training programs and make appropriate adjustment of existed training programs to meet company's needs of the talents
- Assist HR director for succession plan, development plan

2. Recruitment
- Lead and provide recruitment and staffing support to Recruiting specialist
- Liaison with recruiting agent

3. C&B
- Working with HR consulting company for salary survey
- Assist HR director in Job grading (mercer system)
- Be responsible of the implementation of corporate and company C&B policy and strategy

4. HR policy and process
- Assist HR director for the implementation of corporate HR process and HR cycle
- Review and optimize company HR policy and procedure

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above
- 5 years' HR working experience with at least 3 years training experience in multinational companies
- HR generalist or recruiting experience is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Customer driven
- Self motivated
- Can work under pressure
- Hard working
