Responsibility

- Manages area of specialty in Staffing & onboarding function,
such as job adversting, recruiting, selection, etc.
- using HR measurement metrics and operation measurement metrics
on continuous process improvement.
- Plans, designs,develops, coordinates and implements activities
in the area of Staffing or other local or global HR programs;
- Performs other duties as required.

Requirement

- At least 3-year related working experience in manufacturing MNCs
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good command of both spoken and written English as well as PC application skills
- Innovative and always desire for finding better approch for better solutions
- Independent,self-initiated, self-motivated and adaptable
personalities need apply; Passionate and easy-going.
- Engineering background or expertise in Engineering function is preference.
