Responsibility

- Interface with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to support CTC recruiting needs
- Analyze current recruiting sources and develop new and effective sources for hiring the best talents
- Resume screen upon the selection CTQ by the hiring manager & job description
- Assist with competency screening, English level screening & interviewing
- Phone screen to verify the CV and English capability
- Coordinate the site interview and conduct effective onsite interviews with ge values.
- Weekly resume screen tracking reporting
- Follow up on candidate/new employee onboard issues
- Work with CTC HR team to ensure the effectiveness of key recruiting processes
- Other assignments by ge.

Requirements

- This is a contractor position.
- Bachelor degree in relevant fields with at least 2 years of recruiting related HR experience in multi-national company or searching firm
- Strong HR recruiting experience including CV screening, interviewing, & recruiting channel development
- High energy level with strong customer and service mindset
- Ability to lead change & execute in a functional and matrix environment
- Great team player and ability to partner effectively with business leaders and within HR organization
- Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese (both oral & written)
- High proficiency in computer skills.
- Recruiting experience with searching firm is preferred.
