Responsibility

- Single point of contact to target group, coaches and consults line managers and employees regarding training and development solutions and activities.
- Fully Understand Learning solution portfolio content and learning services
- Understand the Business and align the competence development activities and process improvement consulting service with target group's objectives.
- Train line managers and employees to make sure the high quality IDP in place and collect IDP to do training needs analysis accordingly
- Based on the training needs analysis, work with line managers and HR partners to define the regional / Departmental annual Training plan with financial and volume figures concerning key competence area, Training cost, travel expenses, number of participants, number of programs. Scheduling etc.
- Create learning and development roadmaps for each target groups
- Develop business dedicate learning solutions using multiple learning and development methods
- Develop and manage employee development projects
- Tailors existing learning solutions to meet local business needs
- Facilitate workshops if needed
- Arrange and deliver the dedicated courses and follow up
- Provide consulting service to target group e.g. process improvement and problem solving projects etc.
- Make sure the quality of the learning and development solutions and consulting service to meet customer expectation
- Contribute to team work and support the whole T&D training and development plan
- Channel the customer feedback to T&D for further learning solution development
- Monthly Reports about own responsibility area to agreed counterparts

Requirements

- Bachelor degree education in psychology, business management or related fields 5 years track record in training delivery and training planning and development within a multi- site environment.
- Substantial teaching experiences with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Fluent English in oral & writing
