Location
- Shanghai

Responsibility

- Develops and executes training plans and programs, both short & long range
- Subject development planning, launch implementation & management for both
academic programmes and corporate training
- Curriculum design, planning and prepare teaching materials
- Produce, refine or update training material to meet course requirements
- Organize training course, seminar, orientation etc
- Training evaluation/examination, co-ordination and liaison
with students and professional bodies

Requirement

- Solid industrial working experience is a must
- University degree holder preferred
- Fluency in English and mandarin Chinese essential
- As least 3 years training experience
- Energetic and self motivated with strong interpersonal skills with people
of different levels, backgrounds and personality
- Is able to set targets and manage time to achieve these targets
- Experienced in teaching, making notes and exercises
