I. Summary of Job Purpose:

Will provided Senior HR generalist support to the HR function as required encompassing all areas of HR Support including, however not limited to: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Talent Management (Performance Management and Employee Development), Employee Relations, outsourced vendor oversight/management, HR data analysis and metrics and etc.. Expected to act as a HR consultant and an equal partner in strategic planning and decision making that impact the operations


II. Responsibility:

a.Recruitment and Staffing
Provides recruitment and staffing support for both tactical and strategic job requirements, including sourcing strategies development, writing job descriptions, screening and selecting the right candidate:
- Interviews candidates and makes selection recommendations
- Performs internal equity and compensation analysis
- Performs and coordinates On-boarding and integration activities
- Assists in the development and implementation of retention strategies
- Manages agency interfaces and administration

b.Compensation and Benefit: Performs and provides expert consulting in the areas of:
- Year-end merit and incentive pay process
- Equity review and analysis
- Market evaluation, including pay practices and total compensation package development
- Salary schedule development and maintenance
- Participates in project proposals, providing HR pricing, employment terms and conditions

c.Talent/Performance Management: Performs and provides expert consulting in the areas of:
- Employee development strategy
- Individual Development Plan(IDP) process
- Succession planning process
- Performance Enhancement Process (PEP)
- Employee discipline, and general performance improvement strategies

d.HR Data Analysis, Metrics and Reporting: Performs and provides expert consulting in the areas of:
- Develops and manages HR work process documentation, performance management metrics and data collection, serve as change agent for policies and procedures
- Analyzes trends and makes recommendations on work process improvements
- Reviews system data and assists with HR data integrity issues
- Develops reports and data downloads used to manage the HR and operations processes, such as turnover, grade mix, assignment location, diversity, longevity, expatriate assignment status etc.
- Assists with Senior management reports and presentations as required


III. Requirement:

a.Basic Qualifications:
At least 8 to 10 years HR professional experience with high potential (move to the next level) but more expertise in Recruitment and Staffing field, including Specialist experience (Minimum 4 years) in one or more of the HR service functions (Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation &Benefit, Employee Relations and etc.) or HR overall management experience (Minimum 5 years)
- Mobility ¨C Must be able to travel and willing to work in project sites as needed
- Demonstrated HR business partner consultation
- Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities

b.Education:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in HR Management or MBA
- Professional HR certification
- EPC industry HR experience

c.Specialized Skills:
- Must have experience and knowledge of HR management policies and work processes
- Proven records as recruiter with excellent interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Project Management know-how
- Familiar with HRMS and payroll systems, MS products as preferred

d.Personality:
- Business-oriented; Matural and not emotional type personality; Independent professional but with strategic thinking rather than just effective doing.

e.Selection Criteria:
- University graduate with at least 8-10 years of solid experience with a proven record in HR Management field, with exposure in China market a definite advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with a passion for HR Management, enjoys creating new solutions to meet changing demands and with a continued drive to raise the bar.
- Good influencing skills, with the ability to consult, analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate the HR Management intervention end to end.
