Responsibility

- Collect and analyze users' questions on existing programs/systems.
Provides user solutions to solve their problems.
- Record system bug, and updates system documentation, including user
guides. Provides support, and technical assistance for users.
- Assist to develop, install, and implement new system/solution as required.
- Hand on related projects and/or assignments as needed.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- System architecture- related design and development experience;
- Experience in managing software engineers in the capacity of team leader.
- Good knowledge on Oracle database, PL/SQL and Developer/2000 will be an asset
- Good written and spoken English
- A minimum of 4 years' experience of Microsoft development, including
at least 2 years' experience with in- depth use of Microsoft.NET (C# or VB.net)
- 2 years of Database (SQL Server/Oralce/DB2/Sybase)
