Responsibility

- Development and implementation of fungicide and crop strategy
- Development and implementation of fungicide pricing strategy
with target of optimizing profitability
- Development and implementation of yearly fungicide marketing
and ASP plan (ASP = advertising and sales promotion)
- Develop fungicide 10 years product forecast and market trend forecast
- Plan and implement fungicide new product launch and label extension
- Fungicide generic defense strategy and post patent
strategies of assigned products
- Competitor monitor of strategies and activities of relevant competitors
- Support Sales team with powerful sales tools and running
practical marketing activities to achieve sales target.
- Coordinate with Manufacture, Supply Chain and toller
to ensure sufficient and timely products supplying.
- Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain on sales rolling
forecast to secure efficient products supply with safe inventory.
- Work closely with Business Development and Registration
for future business.
- Market intelligence/research to provide information
at the macro-economic, industry (competitors) and product level
- Contribution to regional and global marketing on project,
product development, information and data, etc.

Requirement

- University degree
- Strong marketing background with at least 5 years working
experience in agriculture chemical industry
- Experience in managing agencies and vendors.
- Excellent data analysis skill and strong logic thinking.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
- Excellent office software skill, especially powerpoint, excel, etc.
- Excellent Inter-personal communications skills and a truly team player.
