Responsibility

Maintain and update president's schedule as per business requirements
- Provide business travel supporting including but not limited
to hotel reservation, visa application, local transportation planning and etc.
- Handle logistics for president before & after business trip
- Support president on effective connection with regional and corp leadership
- Organize and support regional leadership meeting
- Provide the admin support to business events and activities within & across the SBGs
- Responsible for office administration, including but not
limited to office facilities & equipments maintenance
- Business project assistance
- Support president on other required tasks

Requirement

- Bachelor or above academic background
- Min. of 5 years working experience in MNC and solid
executive assistant experience to Sr.management is required
- Fluent written and oral English and good knowledge of MS office
- Good time management skills and organization
skills under multi-task pressure
- Integrated thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and a team work player
- Very strong influencing skills
- Basic people management skills
