Responsibility

- Assess the market potential and develop the business
case for future Novo Nordisk products
(including both diabetes and non- diabetes products)
- Conduct necessary market research for market sizing,
product positioning, and competitor analysis
- Develop pre- launch plan for important new products.
- Execute the approved pre- marketing activities that aim
to shape the market and increase brand/disease awareness.
This includes, but is not limited to, conferences,
public relations, media activities, marketing materials,
and other innovative tools.
- Transfer smoothly the products to Diabetes Marketing
when the products are close to actual launch
- Liaise with CRO medical and regulatory affairs to
ensure timely launch
- Liaise with CRO Government Affairs in setting price
and paving the way for preferred reimbursement
- Liaise with International Marketing and IO to align
local activities with global strategies
- Maintain regular contacts and establish good relationship
with all opinion leaders, key customers

Requirement

- University graduate in medical or related field
- Minimum 3 years product management or marketing
education experience
- Experience in launching large product strongly preferred
- Excellent English skills
- Strong medical background
- Good communication skill
- Good analytic skill
- Good computer skill, including word/excel/powerpoint
- Strong team player
- Clinical experience preferred
- Diabetes experience preferred
