Responsibility

- Set up the HE (health economics) function to meet the business needs.
- To cooperate with internal & external client and experts to run PE/OR
(pharmacoeconomics/outcome research) studies on our products or run
HE studies related to diabetes treatment.
- To provide relevant supports to internal customers in HE/PE/OR field.
- Provide input to HE/PE/OR strategy and plan
- Drive the HE/PE/OR plan to be implemented
- Cooperate with external parties to find opportunities of new project
and ensure the completion of planed projects
- Support internal customers to have activities in HE field
- Maintain the good relations to external experts
- Contact with and get support from HEOR function in HQ
- Retrieval HE/PE/OR publications relevant to our products
and disease treatment field and provide assessment to relevant people

Requirements

- Master degree in health economics, additional degree in public health,
or medicine, or economics will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health economics within
the pharmaceutical industry or CRO/consultancy, or similar experience.
- Knowledge of health economic methodology.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good analytical, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Project management experience.
