Clinical Systems Division of ge Healthcare is looking for a capable person to drive its monitoring business under Peri-operative segment in Asia. The job responsibilities will be (but not limited to)

Responsibility

- Own and drive double digit business growth for assigned segment for monitoring products and connectivity solutions
- Develop and execute pricing and product strategy for Asian markets
- Drive New Product Introduction process
- Create successful promotion program customized for various countries
- Competitive analysis and counter strategy to increase market share
- Achieve 100% regulatory compliance for assigned products working with country regulatory and upstream managers
- Provide input into global Product Planning process
- Implement effective sales communication strategy through monthly newsletters etc.
- Establish clear operating mechanism with countries for segment review, business outlook, market situation etc.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Peri-operative care segment and workflow.
- Experience of working in multicultural / multinational environment
- Fluent in English. Working knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Proven track record (please include specific career highlights)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Communication & presentation skills - ability to stand up and talk
- Ability to influence peers
- Degree / diploma in Biomedical / Clinical preferred. Other degree holders with healthcare experience can also apply
- Marketing degree peferred.
