Location

Objective:
- Provide management and analytical skills as support to an integral
aspect of the overall Valuation Advisory business.

Responsibility

- Primary responsibility in assisting with preparation of Valuations
in the PRC ¨C including market research, data analysis,
site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing.
- Assist seniors with assignment pitch and proposal drafting
- Ability to execute valuation process including client handling
with limited supervision (guidance & support from Directors will be provided)
- Ability to communicate and work with colleagues in other departments
- Support the team with upkeep of internal data library

Requirement

- Graduate degree or above in real estate, surveying, economics
or business related discipline
- Professional qualification in general practice surveying preferred,
gained locally in the PRC or abroad
(from a recognized professional body e.g. HKIS / RICS )
- More than 3 years' practical experience in valuation,
real estate consultancy or agency
- Some experience in developing new business and dealing with clients
- High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on knowledge in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
