Objective

- Lead the research team to innovate continuously and to achieve greater value creation

Responsibility

- Ensure the timeliness and quality of all research publications
(monthly, quarterly, white paper)
- Expand research coverage to various second tier cities
- Promote the firm's services and public image through working with media,
meeting with clients and speaking at public events.
- Coach and develop junior staff
- Lead for-fee consulting projects
- Help achieve department revenue target
- Set goals for areas of responsibility, develop and implement strategies.
- To be confirmed through Individual Performance Management Program

Requirement

- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Real Estate related field,
with at least 3 years in a research/analytical/consulting role.
- At least 3 years of experience as team leader
- Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff
- Strong writing and presentation skills required
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Understanding of marketing and business development
- English proficiency a must, China proficiency is a plus
- Work experience in China a plus
