Responsibility

- This position reports to Security Director of Asia Pacific.
Its primary responsibility is the protection of company property and asset.
- Specifically, office holder is responsible for devising
and executing security strategy to protect (a) Suzhou\'s manufacturing
facilities and (b) products in supply-chain security.
- For (a), successful candidate leads a guard force, aided by technical means
to ensure facilities physical security.
On (b), he partners other functions in Seagate to ensure logistics service
providers adhere to Seagate\'s supply-chain security programs
so shipments are delivered on time to customers.
- He is also expected to conduct effective and expeditious investigations
into reports of alleged harms to Seagate\'s interest.

Requirement

- At least 5 years of working experience in Chinese police force
(or public security bureau) preferably with exposure to investigations
and / or in Jiangsu province
- On seniority in police force, preference with middle-management ranking
- Dynamic, self-motivated, integrity with full of drive
- Proficient in English with degree graduate
- Advantage if have 3 or more working experience of private-sector security
exposure in MNC, preferably hi-tech
