- Business development in potential investment deals
- Manage transactions from start to closing
- Meet target investors/developers to identify potential
advisory/agency opportunities
- Present market research and deals flow to clients
- Help client conduct due diligence and design finance structure
- Assist dept head in achieve revenue target

Requirement

- At least years real estate investment experience
- Understand real estate market dynamics
- Comprehend finance/investment knowledge and practice
- Command fluent Mandarin and English
- Teamwork mentality
