Responsibility

- Set up and implement HSE management in region.
- Support local operation units in achieving the HSE
objectives with HSE annual plan.
- Conducts HSE inspections in region and submit inspection
report on time; follow up reports to closure
- Develop and delivery HSE training in region.
- Conducts accident/incident/near miss investigations,
prepares report and makes recommendations for improvement
or procedural changes as necessary and tracking action plan.
- Develop the relationships with authorities and understand
their reporting requirements for and beyond commissioning
in terms of operational matters and certification requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in HSE or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience on HSE and 3 years
as management level.
- Familiar with HSE national code/regulations, good knowledge
of management systems (ISO model, OHSAS)
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English both in oral and writing.
- Commitment and self motivate, strong self learning competency.
