Responsibility

- Lead Manufacturing PE, IE and technician team to provide technical support to ensure products & process quality.
- Define requirements for production capacity, initial acceptance quality, cycle time, manufacturing test equipment, and documentation.
- Partner with NPI and ENG team for smooth transfer from design to mass production and design change implementation.
- Own productivity improvement, layout optimization, flow line design, EJT design /make/management, set up standard operation, push for lean implementation etc.
- Motivate & improve team's capability.
- Responsible for team development/ training plan and implementation.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Technical discipline. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading & writing.
- 5+ years production, R&D or project management experience, 2+years of team management experience.
- Master 6 sigma, lean & EJT knowledge and QMS and familiar with EHS system.
- Strong interpersonal communication & coordination skills. Ability to interface with varied levels from Operators to Plant Management.
- Strong "can do" spirit. Proactive and positive.
