Responsibility

- Packaging Development Engineer will be project leader
to work with global R&D person to commercialize
global new product in Chin-And have the good knowledge
to develop film/paper/ plastic/glass/metal package component
and printing. Being good at drafting packaging drawings
and packaging specifications,
- Packaging Development Engineer will lead the cost saving
project on existing package component and give support
on manufacturing to solve the problem from the packaging aspect.
- Packaging Development Engineer need have good
relationship with suppliers, universities and research
institutes. And have good experience to use new technology
and material in packaging successfully and efficiently.
- Packaging Development Engineer shall have capability
to run testing, analysing, identifying and doing function
evaluation on packaging material.
- Packaging Development Engineer will be responsible
to establish BOM and packaging specification in SAP system
- Package Development Engineer shall be familiar
with governments regulatory to ensure that every testing
index of our products is in accordance with the relevant
government's requirements.

Requirement

- University degree or above in Package, Polymer Engineering
and Mechanics Engineering. Working experience
in refine chemistry industry is preferred.
- Have worked on package design area for at least 3 years,
be able to work independently.
- Have excellent communication skill both in Chinese
and English. CET 6 is the must. Having experience
to work with foreign is preferred
- Good Team player and foster collaboration among the team members.
