Responsibility

- Be responsible for sites operations to achieve the business target and maximize the profits.
- Ensure site operations align with related regulation, policy and criterion.
- Ensure site operations comply with Shell standards.
- Ensure HSSE policies and standards are strictly implemented at retail sites.
- Responsible for staff's development by offering coaching, learning opportunities and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve great teamwork to maximize the business result.
- Keep good relationship with local government to ensure site healthy operation.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least five years of sales and operations, and three years of management experience.
- Be independent to formulate the goals and carry it out.
- Good computer knowledge, good English reading ability and normal English speaking and listening abilities.
- Good communication.
- Independent and able to work under severe pressure and fierce competing environment.
