Responsibilities

- Develop maintenance operations, plans, competencies,
methodologies based on best practices
- Work with area groups for paper machine reliability
and preventive actions
- Network with other departments, functions, suppliers,
colleges about maintenance development programs
- Act as coordinator and consultant for mechanical
and automation development programs
- Develop and grow subordinates and organization
in technicalities and professionalism.

Requirements

- Bachelor or master degree in sciences such as mechanics,
automation, or mechatronics, etc
- At least 5-8 years working experience in paper mill maintenance area
- At least 3 years in a management position
- Fluent speaking and written English
- In-depth and wide understanding of machinery, hydraulics,
pneumatics, lubrication, and maintenance technology
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
