Responsibility

- Optimize workshop lay-out and material flow
- Perform standard time and manning ratio study
- Maintain the standard time and capacity module database well
- Production line balance study to maximum capacity
- Optimize production tools for efficient and comfortable working
- Find out chance to improve productivity/utilization/OEE, etc in line.
- Provide IE support for department project development
and execution on IE portion
- Optimize the production system with IE study
to service department goal execution.
- Good teamwork with other team and continuous to improve work environment
- Lead or follow up project well done with other team or department

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above IE or Engineering related majors
- Min.2 years in related working experience,
semiconductor plant background preferred
- English, fluent in listening and speaking. CET4 or above.
- Windows XP, MCS, MS office, AutoCAD
