Objective:
- Responsible for the daily management and planning
of a shopping centre, including: daily management
of the project, negotiation with property agencies
and contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers,
operation pre-planning and forecasting of the project,
markets positioning, project analyzing, project positioning,
shopping centre attractions and sales.
- Liaison with the project owner, oversee and coordinate
with the lease management department, marketing department,
property management department, human resource department
and finance department.
- Lead the operation of the shopping centre, retailers
and human resource management, establish the annual
strategies, budgets and reports of each department.
- Familiar with the shopping centre leasing, promotion,
property management work flows, establish and maintain
the good relationship between the owner and the lesser,
and excellent human resource management and leading abilities.
Responsibility
- Establish the plans for developing strategy, operation
and business development of the shopping centre,
in accordance to the service strategy and relative policies.
- Verify and establish the annual budget, project planning
and management program, operation flow, coordinate
the operation of the stores, and ensure the smooth running
of the daily business operations.
- Responsible for the operation management of the shopping
centre, set the annual work plan.
- Responsible for the operation of the shopping centre
and daily comprehensive management, establish and maintain
the brand image, establishing good community relations,
and ensure a good operation environment.
- Establish the management system, establishing
and enforcing of the rules and regulations, ensuring
the project's planning progress, quality, safety
and cost control.
- Lead the team building: uniting and encouraging the employees
in promoting achievements and quality of services.
- Promoting the company culture, organize and promote,
instruct and enforce the relative policies.
- Supervise and executive the customer service policies,
optimize the work flow of customer service.
Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of management experience in a large
scale shopping centre.
- Familiar with the relative policies and regulations,
familiar with the industry and operation developing trend.
- Deep knowledge of the operation conception of the enterprise,
familiar with the various work mode, work flow,
policy system and daily management.
- Able to work as assigned in Shanghai or Other Chinese Cities
