Responsibility

- Responsible for the development/transfer of new product, process, equipment and material that improves manufacturing and environment leadership for the organization, monitoring the facility maintenance
- Plan, organize, motivate and control the engineering team to attain the company's initiatives of quality and process improvement, cycle time reduction, manufacturing leadership, profit improvement and participate management
- Provide training opportunities to subordinates to improve performance and productivity
- Leading VCP (Variable Cost Project)
- Organize and motivate his/her staff to achieve continuous improvement
- Utilize statistic methods to measure working quality and achieve the quality objectives of six-sigma.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or above, electric/electronics background preferred.
- Over 5 years engineering management experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong leadership.

Desired

- Six Sigma Black Belt experience
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Prior experience in temperature sensor manufacturing/ design
