- A nation-wide responsibility on development consultancy
and occupier consultancy projects in industrial real estate.
- Providing development advice, strategic advices and portfolio
strategy to government, developers, user-occupier and investors.

Requirement

- 4 years' experience in real estate consultancy,
- Strong understanding of real estate market in China, including
rules and regulation, supply and demand trend in various real
estate sectors across China.
- Team player, devoted and hard working.
- Writing and oral proficiency in both English and Chinese
