Responsibility

- Identify cooperation opportunities with China in the
field of new standard development.
- Proactively promote Philips IP in Chinese standards
- Develop feasible cooperation and business model
- Define project plan and implement it in action,
and manage standardization projects
- Establish relationship with Chinese standardization bodies,
research institutes, universities, industry associations
and Ministries
- Monitoring Chinese standards initiatives, participates
in standard conferences and committees
- Establish and maintain China standard activity database
- Edit and publish China standard whitepaper and news letter
- Facilitate Philips Standard virtual network consist
of staff from Research and PDs
- Closely working with colleagues in Eindhoven on standardization

Requirement

- Master degree in Technical and Business or MBA　　
- Relevant working experience　　　
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good spoken and writing in English
- Good business sense, fair understanding
of technical matters and trends
- Good understanding of IP management
- Knowledge of international standard way of working
