Responsibility

- Drive a strong EHS culture in work environment
- Manage and supervise overall production & logistics activities
- Improve productivity, work efficiency & Reduce operation cost
- On time deliver goods to customers by making an efficient production/delivery plan
- Work with sourcing/buyer to ensure the raw material arrive on time
- Maintain inventory accuracy with FIFO principle
- Control the inventory level
- Train operators on Procedures & Safety
- Responsible for product quality
- Minimize generation of waste liquid, wastewater and solid waste.
- Fulfill the requirement of ISO9001/14001
- Chair daily operation meeting
- Cooperate with maintenance dept to implement TPM
- Pursue continues improvement in product quality

Requirements

- BS/MS in Engineering
- At least 3+ years in production or logistics management experience
- Fluent oral or written English
- 3+ years experience with chemical industry
- Ability to work with cross functional team and work under pressure
- Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to customers, goals.
- Customer focus
- Result orientation

Desired

- Experience with Lean or six-sigma
- Project/Program management experience
