Job Description:

Profile:
- The Project Manager is the one person responsible for managing the project and achieving its objectives.
- He/she has the necessary background and experience to be able to give the Project Team directions and maintain control of progress and budget.

Responsibility:
- Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Adhere to defined management and delivery processes and other policies relevant to the projects scope
- Report project status and issues where help is needed to the manager
Authority:
- Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
- Plan and organize the project, allocate and direct staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks.
- Maintain control over the projects status and budget.
- Issue status information to line manager and other organizations.
- Drive the acceptance process.

Requirement:
- Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedule and cost while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
- Success in management of investment projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Broad experience in designing and constructing lab facilities and animal facilities
- Expertise in designing low energy buildings
- Well accepted team player, skilled in team work with world known architects and global consultants
- Fluent in Mandarin
