Responsibilities

- For the realization of OTS, OEM( B2B and B2C) programs as well as
product renewal through the optimization of product quotations,
technical feasibilities and alternatives offerings.
(complying using PRP approach to meet the continuous rising
demands of Time to market and customer satisfaction.
(ref. CE Speed process and BCP PST).
- Ensure assigned e-project brief are replied timely via e-project
brief with project planning, technical feasibility,
project budget with capacity are allocated.
- Define project and its goals, estimates the budget and the necessary
resources, make sure the necessary resources are available,
and appoints project members together with resources owners.
- Formulate overall project in consultation with management
and other parties concerned. Approves the project plan, monitors
the progress, takes correctives actions, coaches the project
members and consolidate all project aspects to ensure that
the customer product specification are meet within agreed
timeframe and cost.
- Specifies in general terms the results to be achieved,
the quality standard in the processes to be used and the
time constraints.
- Provide business management with regular project performance
status, variance to plan and identification of corrective actions.
- Coordination between sub projects, maximizes the synergy
between sub-projects and resolves resources conflicts.
- Negotiate with customers/suppliers on project related issues
to ensure that the product development or changes needed
are adapted according to their expectation within agreed time frame.
- Keep up-to-date with technical basics and new technology,
in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize
the synergy between the projects.
- Conduct project evaluation at the end of overall project.
- Managed project interface towards the receiving teams
of the industrial sites, resolving resources conflicts.
- Constantly maintain, monitor and review the Realization
Process with various department managers and PRP owner
in order to define and benchmark with world class competitors
on projects leaDotime, cost effectiveness and WOW consistency
in approach in a ll development units.

Requirements

- Basic degree in any technical discipline with at least 5 years
working experience in project management with proven results.

orally and written skills.
