Responsibility:
Responsible for defined projects within a brand (e.g. one dosage strength of a brand, LCM initiatives). Develops clear action plans and tactical plans related to area of responsibility.
- Develops brand activity plan and promotional campaign for defined area of responsibility
- Monitors execution and results of tactics
- Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand area
- Provides input into brand plan (C4 MPH) and Launch plan
- Supports training of sales reps on execution of promotional campaigns during sales meetings and as part of new rep training.
- Ensures that NP4 guidelines are fully respected in central marketing driven activities

Requirement:
- 3 + years product management or regional marketing executive experience is preferred
- 4 years working experience as MR ideal
- Medical education background
- Good English skills
- Good communication & presentation skill
- Customer orientation
- Good at team working
- Creative
