Responsibility

Support HK and Taiwan group on its' NPI premium function

Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO):

- New working system maintain and management
- Communications: be a bridge between vendor and Unilever
- Timely exchange information with vendor for upgrade its service level
- BTO service level survey: via monthly care-call survey, monthly analysis survey result
- Feed back to senior NPI manager for all the new model working area.
- New working model and new working system continuously Communication to the company and internal customers
- Fit the new working model and system to the company for better business process control.
- Deliver saving projects: define saving project, and working with BTO team to track savings as per annual saving plan
- Deliver NPI item for export.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years' working experience, promotion gift and R&D and export is a plus
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Familiar with bidding process
- Passion for growth, honest, loyal for company.
