Responsibility

a.Routine purchasing activities

- Review purchase requisitions and investigates availability
and sources of supply for request items and evaluate
requisitions for proper authorization and to pinpoint
errors and items requiring further attention.
- Procure material, supplies and services cost-effectively
and keep the delivery to to meet the demands of sales
and production planning.
- Maintain SAP for purchasing process. Play active part in the
establishment of SAP MM/IM and related business procedures.

b.Reporting/documentation
- Prepare document for MM and FI. Review purchase orders
and invoices to identify errors and unusual changes in volume
or price that might warrant management intervention
or additional negotiation.
- Secure necessary technical and safety information
(such as MSDS) on procured material, seeking expertise
from the department initiating the purchase requisition.
- Regularly report purchasing status. Monitor and report KPIs.
- Prepare and modify the Quality Management documents.

Requirements

- A University degree in Business administration.
(Courses in economics, purchasing, marketing accounting,
statistics or data processing highly desirable).
- Over than 3 years'experience in purchasing or combination
of related function. Strong quantitative-oriented,
administrative, organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with data processing by utilizing computer
program for preparation of data sheets.
- Good written and spoken English
