Responsibilities

- Responsible for ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001/TL9000
re-certification / surveillance audits and activities.
Lead team to maintain and improve above quality systems.
- Continuously update, distribute and file the IS-procedures
in liaison with respective process owners taking
in account all update procedures.
- Assistant drive and integral quality improvement
programs in IOC China.
- Review and handling of customer environmental survey
and requirement.
- Analysis of customer complaints in environmental
area to investigate repetitive occurring problems
and follow up with respective process owners
to set up structural improvements.
- Review Environmental Declarations from customers.
- Co-ordinate regular cadmium and lead testing
and take corrective action when tests fail.
- Report all quality data in BBS as required by management
to make it possible to review the quality performance
of the total organization.
- Participate in FMEA during production transfer teams.
- Participate in assigned Quality Improvement Projects
(e.g. PIT, Breakthrough, Focus Team, Ą)

Qualifications

- University education or above, major in Engineering,
Science of Business Administration field.
- Good communication skill, ability to co-ordinate
with internal departments and customers
- Qualified quality system
(ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TL9000) assessor
- Skill Environmental Management System knowledge (e.g. RoHS).
- Customer oriented approach.
- Persistent in quality improvement actions
- Team work and coordination capability.
