Responsibility

- Within the responsible process, the Process Engineer
should be fully responsible of the new process set up,
process control, quality system of the process
and continuous improvement.
- Set up new process and implement qualification.
- Optimizes processes and Participates in multi-functional
teams to resolve problems.
- Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement
and cost reduction programs.
- Works with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical
and quality issues.
- Customer oriented. Maintains product quality, manufacturing
effectiveness and resolution of process difficulties through
effective statistical analysis, designed experiments,
and procedural changes.
- To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support
other necessary project in own department
- Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001,
and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering related major.
- 2 year in process area in relevant industry, 3 years above
in Semicon Industry; Preference for 2 to 3 years
with probing experience.
- English, CET- 4 preferred
- Use JMP or Minitab fluently
- Strong Coordination, Communication Skill,
Good project management skills and leadership abilities
- Familiar with statistical skills, design of experiment
(DOE) and design for manufacturing
- Green Belt or Black Belt qualification will be an added advantage.
