Responsibility

- Act as team leader in R&D support function to support all foods categories, e.g savoury, tea and Ice Cream
- Able to lead a multi-functional technical team
- Provides guidance to R&D support functions on data-management, product evaluation, lab management, pilot plant, export and R&D system maintenance
- Implement Unilever best practice on product evaluation like sensory evaluation, analytical, product stability test to support new product development
- Set up lab management guidelines and implement Unilever GMP in R&D pilot plant to comply with Unilever Safety, Health and Environment policy and provide good working environment
- Maintain R&D system like INTERSPEC/BPCS to make sure consumer safety and supply chain operation to support new initiations
- Support finished-goods export business include technical specifications/regulations/documentations
- Support troubleshooting activities where are needed

Requirements

- Strong data sensitivity, attention to details
- Strong knowledge in Foods Science
- Bachelor degree or above in foods science or foods chemistry
- 5 years at least relevant working experience
- Good project management skills and communication skills
- Good command of both oral and written English
