Responsibility

- Following daily organization and management in the paper analytical lab.
- Assisting researchers and R&D engineers by providing experimental
plan and testing methods to achieve the success of R&D project.
- Establishing quality control and SOP system in the R&D lab.
- Bring forward new research and project ideas/innovations.

Requirements

- Minimal tw-years of direct working experiences on microscopy,
SEM, GC, GC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, DSC, GPC, TGA, as well as other
routing chemical analysis;
- Degree in analytical chemistry, material science, or paper making.
- Operational skills of electronic equipments, chemical
analytical lab, computer software and hardware.
- Quality control system, IS- system, and good lab management.
- Self motivated, initiative, innovative, willing to take
challenges on job responsibility and management
- Capability of being a team leader and good organizer.
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or paper making major
- Having minimal 2-3 experience of chemical analysis and paper analysis
- Having capability to work in a small efficient team of researchers and colleagues
- Having good problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English
