Responsibility:
- Improving existing processes, finding alternative synthesis
and scaling up of the lab process.
- Clarifying and resolving all possible problems related to safety, ecology,
industrial hygiene, robustness and economy which are associated
with transforming a lab procedure into an industrial process.
- Elaborating laboratory procedures which are the backbone of manufacturing
processes during the drug development phases.
- Elaborating lab procedures which are the basis of the final commercial
production processes.
- Supporting implementation of new processes in the pilot plant.
- Synthesis of small amounts of (non GMP) drug substances, intermediates,
reagents, by-and degradation products, metabolites and other related compounds.
- Active support of integrated technical development activities and work
in interdisciplinary project team
- Contribute to continuous business improvements and participate in and
/ or manage minor projects/working groups to achieve the improvement objectives

Requirement:
- Ph.D in synthetic organic chemistry. Preferably PostDoc or equivalent
experience in (pharmaceutical or chemical) industry, or master in synthetic
organic chemistry with minimum 1 year pharmaceutical experience or equivelent.
- Proficient in MS office & Chemistry application software.
- Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- With good organizational and planning skills
- Strong Team player
- Having good English language skills
- Mobile, and willing to relocate to Changshu
