Responsibility

- Be responsible of New Product Introduction (NPI),
follow up SBOM readiness.
- Be responsible for initial buy of new product parts,
take ownership of initial parts readiness within Service
Level Agreement (SLA).
- Be responsible for last time buy of phased out product parts,
take ownership of final ordered parts readiness.
- Be responsible for Engineering Change Note (ECN) checking,
feedback to planner/buyer within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Hold regular review meeting with regional service for initial
parts readiness and other hot issues.
- Technical support to all APC functions, to be tech expert
within APC department, to build experience library,
to setup tech support flow.
- Setup and maintain communication channel with LoB service
and service delegate, to be responsible for issue escalation.
- Work on summary of initial/last time buy,
to provide weekly/monthly report for them.
- Be responsible for part chain maintenance.

Requirement

- Bachelor or master degree in electronics engineering
or equivalent, CET 6.ĄĄ
- At least 4 years experience of technical background
in Consumer Electronics or relevant industry,
service work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of TV/Monitor/DVD/AV product, factory experience is preferred.
- A self motivator with proactive way of thinking
- Self leaner
- Be fluent in English, esp. oral and written English.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,
Access, Power Point, Visio.
