Responsibility

- Provide lab technical supports to develop product application
and formula for key accounts in South Asia.
- Supports Savoury PAD team of Head office and AP region
in application development
- Provide lab technical trainings to sales managers,
lab technicians, key accounts and distributors.
- Provide technical supports and guidance (before and after sales)
to distributors and customers in APAC sales region.
- Understand the technical needs of customers and provide service
in such a way that customers are able to use Food Specialties
Savoury Ingredients products.
- Stay updated on related DFS Savoury Ingredients technical
know how and Product Development Application (PDA) program
in head office and Asia Pacific region. .
- Keep well informed about Savory industry technical developments,
new application and new products.
- Monitor competitors technical developments and product applications
- To communicate within DFS China and DFS Savory AP region effectively
and efficiently to make optimal use of worldwide technical expertise.
- Investigate, document and resolve distributor and customers
technical complaints in a timely fashion.
- Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according
to the DSM procedures and DFS Savory Ingredients standards.
- Carry out any other instructions from Sr.management relating
to xxx and Savory Ingredients business.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above in Food Science and/or Nutrition.
- Some technical training in savoury application would be highly preferred
- Excellent English presentation and communication skills.
- Have practical technical working experience in savoury industry
for at least 5 years,
- Have comprehensive understanding on savoury product development
and application.
- International working or training experiences in R&D or production
development sector of multinational savoury companies
would be highly preferred.
