Position Summary

To promote Cabot products through development of technical applications, providing technical training and technical service to customers.Collect information on applications use to assist in product and strategy planning. Provide applications knowledge to sales department to enable them to speak and sell professionally in the introduction phase of new applications.

Responsibility

- Support sales force to develop new market and/or new applications.
- Prepare and provide training for sales representatives
on understanding new products and/or new applications.
- Promote Cabot product through providing technical training
to customers and distributors.
- Conduct technical seminars at customer sites and professional meetings.
- Solve customer's technical problems in using Cabot products.
- Provide technical service to help customers to develop new products
and/or new applications.
- Investigate and resolve performance related product complaints
by following lab procedure, conducting performance test,
and gathering background information form various sources.
Work with production, sales and research and development personnel
to implement process changes.

Requirements

- Master Degree in polymer science, material science, chemistry
chemical engineering or related field are required.
Ph.D. Degree is preferred.
- Minimum two years working experience in rubber, coating, adhesive,
sealant or composite industry is mandatory. Work experience in silicone
rubber formulation and processing is highly desired.
