Responsibility

- Analyze technical training needs and make training plan
together with EGM of every PBU in E&S division.
- Work with trainer to develop and implement training course together.
- Coordinate training with the trainer and engineers
- Set up, and maintain technical training records
and responsible for training arrangement.
- Prepare training material, document, and update training information etc.
- Assist engineering director in monitoring training implementation on PBP.
- Track related training and report back to Director, Chief and EGM.
- Other related work assigned by engineering director.

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above in engineering related.
- 3 years or above training experience in multinational company.
- Good verbal and written English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and should be a good team player.
- Excellent work organization and presentation skills.
