Responsibility

- Sales training consultant Team management
- Motivate and develop training consultants to provide qualified
consultancy service to internal clients.
- Coach team members to continue improve the service
- Make Good performance management and IDP discussion with subordinates
- Work with team members to develop working process and quality criteria
for the work Make sure customer satisfied with team member's
consultancy service

Consultancy service
- Work with RBD, sales managers and HR counterparts to define
the Training plan with financial and volume figures concerning key competence
area, Training prices, expenses, number of participants, number of programs.
Scheduling
- Fully understand the Business challenges and be able to align
competence development activities accordingly
- Tailors existing learning solutions to meet local business needs
- Provide business dedicate learning solutions or workshop or projects
- Create local level learning solution flows
- Develop sales force competence development tools and process
- Creates new business critical local level learning solutions,
using multiple learning methods
- Support region to improve Selling Skill and Coaching skills
- Follow up learning solution and development activities' quality
- Select the training vendor for program design and training delivery
- Work with internal and external resources to design and improve
the training program

Train and Coach sales managers
- Train and Coach sales manager and counterparts with high quality.
- Facilitate sales managers and RBD to create or improve the process
in team level and regional level
- Work with learning portfolio managers to provide learning
and development solutions and activities
- Provide business dedicate learning solutions or workshop or projects
- Arrange and deliver the dedicated courses in local and follow up

Contribute to whole T&D function
- Proactive contribute to team work and support the whole T&D training
and development plan and team activities
- Work with T&D manager to improve T&D process
- Channel the customer feedback for further learning solution development
- Monthly Reports about own responsibility area
- Take the role as the Novo Nordisk Corporate Trainer to deliver
the Professional
* Training Course according to Novo Nordisk Culture and Business
- Take part in People Development Process as internal consultant

Requirements

- Bachelor degree education
- 5 years track record in sales team management.
- Substantial communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
in the organization.
- Fluent English in oral & writing
