Job Purpose

- Manage Sales Call Centre
- Mange daily sales operation including the sales operation support team
- Sales analysis especially in the distribution & display
- Sales system support and enhancement

Responsibility

1.Sales system operation and enhancement
a.Manage the daily operation of the sales systems
- Maintain the system; keep the related data & settings are 100% accuracy.
- Manage the daily information collection; make sure the information
could be collected on time.
- Manage the report generation; make sure the report could be published
with the high accuracy & on schedule.
b.Lead/manage the system enhancement projects to support the field sales consistently.

2.Sales Call Center Management
a.Manage the Sales Support team to provide the stable online support to FOTG.
b.Build up the Sales Support Report and publish it regularly.
c.Build up the efficient Issues Management process and knowledge pool
and make sure all the issues well followed up.
d.Enhance the Sales Support process to match the lean sales machine.

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above
- Operation Management area related working experience
- FMCG working experience will be value added.
- System operation & analysis related working experience
- Proficient PC & MS Office skill especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good sense of information management & excellent logical thinking
- Good interpersonal skill
- Excellent writing & reading skill in both Chinese & English,
normal level of oral English
