Responsibility

- Responsible for the sales in the assigned territory/accounts
- Achieve sales target as per plan
- Maintain good communication and relationship with customers
- Channel & retail outlets development and management
- Retail price management
- monitor channel retail price management
- Facilitate market support executives in executing promotion programs
and Selling-out/retail management
- Data collection and market information feedback
- Co-ordinate with logistics/ sales admin to ensure that the right
products are made available at the right time.
- Monitor and ensure customers and dealers get the best level of service
- Track and report sales performance, business plan rebates
and co-op account spend
- Promoter management and training

Requirement

- Male/ Female. Age between 22-30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Economics,
Business Management( or other business related field)
- Approx. 2-3 years ĄŽrelevant' working experience in Key Account
Sales/Field Sales/Channel Sales
- Demonstrate leadership competencies
- Good command in English and (Mandarin) in both written and verbal
- Clear broad sales interest and knowledge (Sales & Marketing)
- Flexible, positive and aggressive attitude
/ Mobile - open to the requirement of different location assignments,
interest in controlling jobs in different environments,
businesses and cultures.
- Analytical thinker, problem solver
- Leadership potential with good interpersonal skill
- Proactive and Team player
- Willing to work under pressure and enjoy changes and challenges
- Driving for results and committed
