General Responsibility:

To lead and manage the sales team to achieve the KPI/Budget set.
Create recognition and understanding in Damco in the market place to deliver most preferred level of Service, Partnership, and Strategic Value to our customers and more importantly the agreed budgets for the various products.

Responsibility

- Manage the sales team
- Identification of NVOCC markets and establishes targets
- Establish local sales strategies and sales plan to achieve the branch sales KPI
- Manage the sales team with a view in achieving optimal performance
- Ensure sales establish their individual sales plan and execute them accordingly
- Train and coach the sales team members
- Execute Sales strategies established by corporate
- Directly involved in selling particularly to Key/Champion accounts
- Ensure business profitability
- Generate Marketing/Sales Plan to drive the sales result forward

Requirements

- Good Interpersonal and communications skills

- Selling /Negotiation skills
- Leadership/Management skills
- Analytical and Strategic mindsets
- Proven sales management records
- Cost control and budgetary experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of liner/NVOCC market
- Previous sales management experience
