Responsibility

- Maximizes the customer results versus AOP / ROFO.
(Margin / Prod Mix/Cost to Serve) per key account through
an Annual Account Plan and account business review using
account management tools.
- Co-ordinate supply chain, supply and demand forecasting, co-op,
marketing support and training with respect to account management
- Commercially responsible for the partnership with the account.
- Manages price stability, supports innovative products/services
- Ensures that all customers activities related to Philips are aligned
with the Philips brand foundation.
- Manages the support and sales force to meet customer needs.
- Participation in the creation / implementation of activities
with related teams to achieve optimal results in to and price stability.
- Gives structured feedback and conclusions from customers
to Business Management which are relevant for the future.
- Responsible for accurate bottom up account sales plan
- KAM AR Management

Requirement

- Min.5 years of M&S experience
- University Level preferably with Business/Commercial direction
- Experience in/knowledge of markets/channels
- Ability to run a commercial partnership
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Communication skills in (inter) national matrix setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership & experience in leading a commercial team
