Report to: Business Manager

Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for business development on certain territories
with specific business growth potential.
- Support the SBU Manager in the long term strategy processes
and actively participate in M&A targets and related cost improvement
and growth projects.
- Develop new business in support of direction/growth of our products.
- Participate in the Field and Customer service group (TDM)
and ensure that they better serve the market and customer requirements.
- In coordination with commercial manager and Technical Development Manager,
and manage the market introduction of new products or formulations.
- Support the SBU Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst in market
intelligence, competitive studies and industry/technology trends.

Requirements

- B.S. in Chemistry or related field
- 10 years or more business and commercial experience in the chemical
industry, preferably in multinational organizations
- Understanding and suiting social, economic, political and legal environment
of different Asian countries
- Having good project management ability
- Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
